Why is it so HARD to heal ourselves?
Physical issues bring with them a strong desire to HEAL ourselves.
We pursue physical changes; medication, diet, exercise, but despite our efforts, for many of us the issue remains.
Below our desire to heal are patterns that have been running like a stream in our subconscious.
Patterns that influence our reactions and behaviours.
Patterns that influence how we see ourselves and others.
What is the body is trying to teach us?
Every moment of discomfort is a message. Your body translates the energy of your beliefs and thoughts into physical sensations
Fear, self doubt, self depreciating, harsh and critical thoughts are in direct conflict with your beautiful and powerful inner soul.
Beneath the desire for healing are beliefs that are limiting your potential to heal.
To HEAL we have to BE and LIVE in the version of you that is already vibrant and healthy.
To HEAL we have to shift those thought patterns that bind us to a survival mindset and create new beliefs.
BUT FIRST we need to see and know the patterns so we can CHANGE them.
In UNBIND we will bring awareness to that stream of subconscious and unhelpful patterns and create the opportunity for you to discover and uncover your own patterns. Giving you the tools to CHANGE
Your healed SELF is already inside of you.
HEALING is being in alignment with that version of you that already exists.
That version of you that is not limited by patterns that no longer work for you.
The version of you that is not BOUND to survival at any cost, but is Unbound and free to step into the freedom of living fully in their potential

A pathway to change!
Every week you will receive at least 1 video teaching and we will have one LIVE session on zoom with me, which will consist of teaching, discussion, self enquiry and questions.
You will get know your fellow participants as we travel this journey together.
The Live Sessions will be held on SATURDAYS at 12 noon UK time

Week 1 - CONFLICT our hearts and minds are often in disagreement with each other, how does this show up in your body?

Week 2 - ENERGY, EMOTIONS & PATTERNS where do unexpressed emotions live in your body, what is your pattern of holding onto them?

Week 3 - THE POWER OF WORDS, the words that have programmed your beliefs, how they affect your personal energy.

Week 4 - JUDGEMENTS, how we judge others is how we judge ourselves, what judgements have restricted your growth?

Week 5 - DEFENCES, how we use our body to defend ourselves. How do your defences show up in your body?

Week 6 - STORIES, what are the stories that you tell and why? How do our stories limit us?

Week 7, INTERVAL and breathe.... a week off from live calls to digest what has already been learnt

Week 8 - THE PARTS OF YOU discover and converse with the different voices in your head. Your inner family wants to be heard.

Week 9 - TRIGGERS A deep dive into your emotional triggers, how and why others trigger you.

Week 10 - CULTIVATING COMPASSION How can we learn to integrate all we've learnt, soften and find compassion for self and others.
