This is not a passive lecture. You’ll be engaging with others in breakout rooms, applying simple yet profound questioning techniques to decode your own physical patterns. At the end, I’ll invite a participant into the hot-seat session, demonstrating a 1-on-1 deep dive into the emotional roots of their physical pain.
